Material & Build
- Pump Body: Stainless steel – corrosion-resistant and durable.
- Impellers & Diffusers: Multistage design for high head and steady flow, usually made of technopolymer or stainless steel.
- Motor Housing: Stainless steel, fully submersible, IP68 rated for water protection.
- Shaft & Bearings: Stainless steel shaft AISI 304, with durable bearings for long life under continuous operation.
- Seals & Insulation: Mechanical seals and high-quality insulation to prevent water ingress and motor damage.
Installation Considerations
- Fully submerge the pump in the borehole or well and suspend vertically using a strong rope or rod.
- Use submersible-grade cable with proper grounding and a dedicated electrical line.
- Install a rigid discharge pipe with a check valve; avoid dry running.
- Ensure clean water with minimal sand and maintain access for maintenance or removal.
- Keep minimum water above pump (1–2 m) for cooling and continuous operation.
Summary
- Type: 4″ borehole submersible pump.
