Material & Build
- Pump Body: Stainless steel – corrosion-resistant and durable for long-term submersion.
- Impellers & Diffusers: Multistage centrifugal design, typically made of stainless steel or high-quality technopolymer, optimized for high head (up to 90 m).
- Motor Housing: Stainless steel, fully submersible, IP68 rated for water protection.
- Shaft & Bearings: Stainless steel shaft AISI 304, with durable bearings to handle high lift and continuous operation.
- Seals & Insulation: Mechanical seals and high-quality insulation to prevent water ingress and motor damage.
Installation Considerations
- Fully submerge and suspend vertically in the well or borehole using a strong rope or rod.
- Use submersible-grade cable with proper grounding and a dedicated electrical line.
- Install rigid discharge pipe with a check valve; avoid dry running.
- Ensure clean water with minimal sand and adequate water above the pump for cooling.
- Maintain access for maintenance and do not exceed the maximum head (~90 m).
Summary
- Type: 4″ borehole submersible pump.
- Power: ~1HP (0.75 kW).
- Hertz:
- Current: ~6.0 A
